Real Estate Company licenses is a certification by the Ministry of Economy and Finance that your company is qualified to operate in real estate sector.

Licenses are categorized into four types: developer, broker, appraisal, and property management. Depending on what types of company is, you shall request the license from the Ministry.

A real estate company may request for more than one types of the above, as long as they can fulfill the qualifications, terms and conditions, set by the Ministry.

In order to acquire any of these licenses, you shall first have to register a company at the Ministry of Commerce and thereafter get a tax registration at the General Department of Taxation.
